I am a business coach, digital marketing expert, podcaster, speaker and founder of D2 Branding who was recently recognized as owning one of the “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur magazine’s Entrepreneur360.
My passion lies in helping female CEOs and entrepreneurs
create personal branding businesses to achieve time freedom and financial freedom. A working mom myself, I have balanced raising two teenagers, helping coaching clients achieve their dreams, and running my digital marketing agency, D2 Branding.
I also host the Do It My Way Podcast,
a podcast focused on empowering women business owners and CEOs to do business on their terms with no regrets, hesitations or fear. My show isn’t about doing everything “Deedra’s way,” but rather how I started to see real success once I began blocking out all the pressure and noise around me and began doing business on my terms, MY WAY.

I began my career working for Clear Channel Television as a Director of Marketing
at a local Fox affiliate and was later promoted to consulting their TV stations across the country. This was just as the industry started to take a dive losing viewers as more and more people were going online to get their news, weather and sports.
I was traveling the country for work, pregnant with my second child and had a two-year-old daughter at home. My world flipped upside down when my son arrived 12 weeks early. I was unprepared and this made me realize I needed to spend more time with my son Jace and less time traveling.
I never dreamed of being an entrepreneur,
but I realized there wasn’t a boss out there that would let me off work every other day to take Jace to doctor’s appointments. I wanted time freedom and knew being my own boss was the only way to get it. I was in the middle of building my dream home with her husband, which required two incomes. I ended up launching a niche website for moms in my hometown of Tulsa.
The site grew to over 100,000 moms visiting the site each month.
I went on to launch D2 Branding, a full service digital marketing agency specializing in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and TikTok advertising.
D2 Branding offers everything from website design to video production to content creation to social media marketing and more. D2 Branding quickly became a million dollar agency after only nine months servicing clients all over the country.
My purpose in life, besides helping my kids grow up to be amazing people, is to help other female entrepreneurs achieve success in their personal and professional lives in order to live the lives they want to live! I believe you really can have it all if you have the right coach by your side.
